the pool isn't open!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
All of the other apartment complexes have their pools open. We were told that ours would open May 1st. Twenty three days later the pool is still not open and there are no signs that it will be opening soon. (The same thing happened last year!'
It is going to be 90* all week and there is no pool : (
