This place SUCKS.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I lived at the Madison for 2 years. The office staff was constantly changed. We were FORCED to use the trash valet for $20 a month. We lived next to delinquents who we had to call the cops on multiple times because the apartment management never did anything. We had bugs galore and with a baby that was definitely not okay. Not to mention the fact that it is a non-refundable pet deposit.
