Maintenance here is a major problem as I have needed repairs and I come home and have a note saying the problem has been fixed and actually was not. Incompetence is rampant here. Management, of this apartment complex, is non-existent. They do not care anything about the tenants here. I have lived here since 2004. My present lease runs out in April. I assure you that I will be moving and will come back here. Trouble started when all of the management, here, was replaced. The new people working the front office are totally incompetent and do not do their job. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Second hand smoke inhalation is a big issue in this community. Vents in the apartments circulate air in the buildings instead of letting it out in the open air. So when someone in your neighboring apartments is smoking in their bathroom, they are letting that smoke in your apartment too. So if you are pregnant or non-smoker or have respiratory problems, you should stay away from this community. I have repeatedly reported this to the apartment managers and all they can do is ask the people in the building not to smoke in their bathrooms. How far does that help?
