discussing about where to locate your dish. policies say the location of the dish should be 1). inside your dwelling, or 2). in an area outside your dwelling such as a balcony, patio, yard, etc. It says on the policy that you may not drill holes through outside walls, door jams, window sills, etc. now my point is one of the block in our apartment has dishes (3 dishes, 3 units) all over their block and the funny thing is all these 3 dishes are fixed up against the policies. They are outside the balcony, has 4 bold fixed up to huck up the dish in the balcony wooden poll. one of the dish is at the face level, someone might get hit on their face. All of these dish are up there since more than 100 days, which is more than 3 months. I personally went to talk with property manager about this and first thing she told me SHE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THESE. As a tenant I am not the one to go around unit to unit to check what is wronge or right. I think its the property manager duty or their maintanance guys should do these. Its been more than a month (32 days), the property manager knows about these issue but no action as been takes yet. Now I am at the stage where i cant have dish inside my balcony on a tripode because there are 2 100 fts pine tree right in frount of my balcony. I had these Dish Network guys coming at my place twice and saying sorry to me saying they cant fixup the dish because there are this pine trees standing right in frount which are between the range of satellite and dish. So i took them to those units with dishes all over their apartment which are hooked up against the policies, he says if he got to do something like this units have done, he can easily get my dish hook up and get started. All he told me to do is go to the property manager and get something in written from them that i am allowed to go aganist the policies and do watever those units have done. I went to them and told them the samething, property manager said they cant give me anything in written because it is aganist the policy. My point is why the property manager has, let some other units to put their dish going aganist the policy and why not for me. I told them let me put my dish up or pull those dish down which are aganinst the policies. I would definately wouldnt let other relative or friends of mine to be at madison at shoal run. I really dont appreciate the property manager for not taking any actions.
