I have lived in the Madison for over 3 years now. My apartment is in one of the first building built and has settled with cracks here and there but it is still a comfortable place to live. It doesn't take much to heat and cool it so the bills are not too high. I have not had a problem with maintenance fixing what ever goes wrong. I just went through a bought with my heat not working, I called and they were out there that morning to correct it. Same with a water leak. The guys that work in the apartment maintenance are nice and seem to want to help. I have recommened these apartments to several people and will continue to do so.
