This is an honest unbiased review.

Willow Bend is great as far as I'm concerned. From the outside they're not very pretty and age is beginning to show. Other than that, the apartments feel quite comfy. Maintenance is available all the time (including nights) late to fix any emergencies. The mail-boxes are right outside your door which is very convinient. Also they'll come and pick up your trash - not too many apartments left that do this!

Everything was great until the mice/rats showed up. Somehow they came in through the drainage or through the walls (I'm not sure). We battled the mice for an entire month until we decided we have to move out. A nearby rat infested apartment complex was torn down, and the rodents had to find a new home. Unfortunately, Willow Bend happened to be close by. I'm not sure if other tenants were affected, but we were, and heavily. We maintain and very clean house so I'm sure cleanliness has nothing to do with it.

If Willow Bend can deal with the new rodent problem, it would be a great place to stay, and I'd recommend it!
