My husband and I moved into this apartment almost 2 months ago and we have had problems since the very first day. The day that we were told that we could move in, we could not b/c the apt was not ready (I took off work to move in so i was very upset). We did not move in until 5 pm instead of 9 pm. When we moved in our dishwasher was not hooked up and I did not know until I used it and water was all over the floor. Our balcony door is still broken. We have had numerous plumbing problems. Faulty shelves in the closets. Gaping holes around plumbing fixtures. Raggedy blinds. Leaky faucets. You name it, we have had it. The worst of all is the roaches. We cannot get rid of them. It does not matter how clean the apartment is. We do not even leave a fork in the sink, no crumbs on the counter or floor. They still come out and visit us though. We have started to refer to them as our children. That is how awful the roaches are. The sad part is that the staff at Magnolia Park does not seem to care at all. We had to beg them for 3 weeks to fix most of our problems. I have contacted the corporate office. The staff, mainly the chick who leased us the apt and the manager Sean really suck. They are so fake and put up this facade that they are concerned, but treat us like dirt. If you are thinking about moving to this apt. do not do it. Do not move to Magnolia Park. You will regret it. Thank God, my husband and I signed a six month lease. It was the only wise decision we have made concerning this apt. Do not move to Magnolia Park. Do not be fooled by $99 moves you in. It will move you in to a place infested w/roaches and a host of other problems. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
