It is a hell From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My wife got pregant and will deliver a baby next month. The heater and hot water stop working. We called the office.They said they would go. It turns out it was a lie. Nobody came. Nobody called us after that.So my wife can't have a shower. We called back,then they first told us the maitenance guy did't get the work order. We called again and another lady answered the phone and told us that the maitenance guy could not get in our apartment. Actually we called for maitenance couple times before and thos guys can go in without problem except they came not on time. The lady told us that they can change the lock but will charge us $50 for the fix. We are so mad about this. Those ladies just ignored your phone call and didn't care about you. I think it is a hell.
