This community is the best of the best. I have been at Magnolia Park (formerly Willow Bend) for about 2 1/2 years. The office and maintenance staff are very courtesy, helpful and willing to bend over backwards. I am so glad that I choose Magnolia as my apartment community and home.

WHAT?? "Willing to bend over backward"??? The staff have had a list of problems ranging from not being able to use a bath/shower to not being able to close doors since September and they've done NOTHING. Now, our a/c is out and it's over 80 degrees in this place and they still do NOTHING. Probably not a horrible situation if I was paying $150/month for rent but I'm paying OVER $800!!!!! Whoever wrote this works for the complex or posted it in the wrong place. You CANNOT be living where I live.

Yes, both me and my husband immediately laughed at this insane review and joked about how this person must work in the office! This place sucks and everybody living here knows it!!!!
