I wrote a decent reveiw back in January, however my opinion on the place has changed drastically. DO NOT MOVE here. A few months ago, they needed to change my outlets and since the management did not have a key (which they should have in the first place), they actually changed my locks and were going to make me pay $50 to let me back in. It was one of the most horrible experiences in my life. It was dark and cold outside and the maintenance guy would not agree with me that it was irresponsibility on their part. I actually had to call the police to get back in! They have no regard for any of their tenants!

Currently I am living in Mountain Brook and loving every moment of it. If you can, move there. The extra dollars are definitely worth the location, the caliber of residents, and the service you get from the management.
