I moved into Willow Ben a few years back. The old Company Thornton Properties was great. I really loved living there... then they sold out to this company from hell!!!

Suddenly things that were being offered before were now not available unless a small fee of approx $50 was paid. for example, opening the door if you've locked your keys inside. This was a service offered for free before. Maintenance was scarce, took almost 2 weeks for them to appear when my appartment flodded over because THEY were tampering with the main pipe outside.

Before, trash was also collected from the curbside of your apartments. Now you have to personally take it to the trash site yourself.

Also... rent was $435 for a 1 bedroom Apt, It has been upped to $550

After the new company came... I decided to move out. It took this company over 2 months to return my deposit. I heard every excuse in the book from my keys not being returned to them finding my apartment still being occupied.
