Looking on the outside of the complex gives you a sense of false pride. The new plastic siding, the painted asphalt roads(not repaired, just painted with black paint, cars slide when paint is wet), security fence on front that will never have a gate(trees will prevent enclosing property)no fence on back where you can walk thru back of school and get to complex. Lousy, Lousy, management from manager to maintenance. No one cares about tenants. Complex wants the rent by the 3rd of the month or you get evicted, however if your toilet or bathtub is backed up with sewage, it is not the most important repair job they have so you have to wait a week or two. There are currently 5 lawsuits in place for this management team. Parking is awful. Why', because a husband, wife and one child can rent an apartment and six other people move in, all having cars. Brought to the management attention, they are trying to work on it, but the renters say they are visitors. One of the managers live across from these people and knows they all live there. Management will rent to anyone. I have a drug dealer across the street, 5 illegal people across the street, and 4 college students next door. Walls are so thin that I can hear the person next door snoring. Night security must be a heavy sleeper or does not live on property. Call him and it takes more than an hour for him to show.
If you want to feel like you have a home, don't move here. Keep Looking
