Where can I start' This apartment complex is the worse I've ever been in. There are insects of all varieties, poor management, slow to respond maintenance, crappy buildings, and the rent is too high. They call this a luxury apartment, but they slapped some new carpet, tile, and paint on a slum and have the nerve to raise the rent from 539, which is way too much, to 559. I have been here since April 05 and I have regretted my choice ever since. My a/c & heating unit weren't on when I moved in and I had no heat/air for 3 weeks, I battle w/ roaches all year round, and it leaks around my patio door when it rains. I don't hardly have the space to bring up all the work orders I've had to submit since I moved in including a leak from my a/c unit that soaked my closet floor and ruined my things. Maintenance didn't do anything about it for 2 weeks. Moving here would be the worse thing you ever do. Consider yourself warned!!
