Nice place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006 4 responses   I have read just about ever reponse from tenants or non-tenants from Magnolia Park. I can't believe anyone would waste their time complaining about living conditions at any property. If someone is that unhappy I would simply move or skip. Magnolia Park has been a home for more than 10 years for me. If I didn't enjoy it so much I would've moved several years ago. Thank you so much for everything.
