I have read just about ever reponse from tenants or non-tenants from Magnolia Park. I can't believe anyone would waste their time complaining about living conditions at any property. If someone is that unhappy I would simply move or skip.
Magnolia Park has been a home for more than 10 years for me. If I didn't enjoy it so much I would've moved several years ago. Thank you so much for everything.

That message is total b.s. Magnolia Park is a roach infested slum and any butt wipe dumb enough to say they've lived there 10 years and love it is a fool and they must not have high standards. I'm moving out on April 30 and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I've called the police 3x's since I've been here. The last time I called because some genius stole my license plate AND my UA alumi tag off my second car. They got away w/ that mess b/c management refuses to spend a few dollars and put out some damned lights. If that was a person from management who wrote that review, I hope someone steals some ---- from them under their noses. Then I'd like to see how much they love this place.
