Do not move here unless you want to deal with unfriendly office staff who could care less about you living in a sanitary and comfortable apartment! You have to call for weeks and months to get someone to even come see what the problem is and when they do come, pray that they know what they're doing. I haven't lived there a year and already it took them 3 months to fix my leaking toilet. It wasn't enough for me to complain, it took my neighbors saying the water was coming in their apt too! Then I have a pipe busted in my kitchen wall that leaks water on my kitchen floor and bathroom carpet! For days I haven't been able to use my kitchen sink or bathroom sink only the tub. NOw that the problem has been fixed (for the second time in two weeks)there's still mildewy carpet and rotting wood under my sink and a big hole! Those are just major problems...I could keep going on about the laundry facility with 8 machines and ridiculous prices, the unlit dark areas in the parking lot (I guess someone has to get robbed before they'll put some light up), the bedroom doorknob on my front door. To say the least I am thoroughly disgusted with this property and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here! Hopefully, I won't be too sick from breathing in mold to move out!
