When I say that this place is terrible, you should believe me! In 6 months, I had to get 4 dishwashers because a RAT kept eating the wires. As the manager said, "rats can get anywhere", when you aren't use to that type of thing, it ain't cool. I was thre several months before I even knew what our walkway looked like because the bushes completely covered it and there would have never been any way to see someone coming to attack you. Office staff has terrible personalities and attitudes and when you got one back, they threatened to call the police on you. I actually had to call the regional manager and the health department to get action taken on the rat situation. None of the workers live there because they know how crappy the place is! Everyone who lived in my area when we moved in, MOVED OUT and we will be doing the same! Everyone who I know that currently lives there says they are moving out ASAP. It takes an act of God to get anything fixed and emergency maintenance doesn't mean anything. And I see the same dirt waterfall that the other guy sees. And they work with a crappy garbage people because they don't empty the dumpsters but everyone 3 weeks. Moral of the story is...If you like dealing with crap, move here!
