worst apt ever From: shorne8 Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Maintenance is especially bad. Management won't fix the air conditioner so it has been around 90 degrees in my apartment. The heat doesn't work either so in the winter I had to purchase space heater. The dumpsters aren't emptied often enough and the light outside my door (and many other doors) flickers off and on randomly. This may be an electrical problem so the building couls go up in flames at any moment. There have been at least 3 fires in the year that I lived there (I don't know what caused them all). My ceiling was about to fall into the shower and it took maintenance several days to patch it up, but they did a horrible job and I can already see the cracks again. I have moved out now so I hope it doesn't fall on someone else's head though management would not care (unless it caused you to be late on the rent).
