I went to look at this apt and the leasing consultant was very unprofessional. She was argueing with a tenant on why they can't keep coming to her apt to fix something every time it breaks down. She further went on to tell her to just live with it. I told her I was interested in a 3 bedroom and she told me that she had one but couldn't show it to me. I asked her if it was similiar to her model and she said no, totally different. When I asked to see her model, she said she couldn't show it to me because they were working on the plumbing. So I asked her if the apt is empty, how can they be working on the plumbing. She said trust her, it's broke and proceeded to give me an application and explain to me how much the deposit is. I took the information and left the office. I then told one of the neighbors walking outside about my experience and she said that's the model apt right there. We looked and there were guys walking in and out. We went closer and there was a card party going on it there. Talk about perfect timing. I'm glad that I was there to see all of this because I threw the application and all of the information she gave me in the nearest trashcan. The neighbor went on to fill me in for the many different reasons of why I shouldn't move there. I took her advice and left.
