if you are considering moving here, think long and hard.parking is a nightmare, office staff is rude and generally unhelpful. manager wouldnt be caught dead kiving here himself. maintenance takes days of calling and threatening to call the media sometimes helps, sometimes.
welcome to the slums of homewood, if you want your neighbors to be illegals and transients, please move on in. trash is everywhere, dead cars take much needed spaces. courtesy officers dont respond to any calls after hours. if you need help here, please call 911. at least homewood police and fire do respond to your calls. its a shame you have to deal with any probs by calling the police. if the apartment management had any balls they would deal with all the problems i am writing about and the ones that were written here previously but, guess what' they dont! i am staying here, but i wouldnt reccomend it to my worst enemy.
