RUN! NOT A SAFE OR SANITARY PLACE!!

i am curently residing at magnoila park, and i hate it! the office staff is a joke! they are very unprofessional and they could care less about the tenants problems with the apartment! i have had a reoccuring leak since the beginning of july! that haven't fixed the leak they just patched it up. i have mold growing on my bathroom ceiling, which is very hazardous, this is due to the leak that soaked the carpet in my vanity area! they have made so many promises to fix my apartment but nothing has been done! this place is a roach motel and i'm a clean person! thats not the worst part- the staff does not care about your physical well-being! a man has been trying, for the past couple of weeks to break into my neighbors apartment, they live directly across from me! i am fearful that if he isn't caught, i might be his next target! i witnessed my neighbors telling the office staff about the problem and they thought it was a joke! NO LIE!! THEY LAUGHED AT THE IDEA THAT SOMEONE ATTEMPTED TO BREAK INTO A TENANTS APARTMENT!!! he has been hiding in the vacant apartment upstairs, which isn't locked and after the office staff was informed of the break in, no one was sent out to lock the door which is a deadbolt, he listens to them through the floor because from what i gather, he's trying to find out which room has the least activity!!! there are no lights around their apartment and thats why we believe they are being targetd! they are college students which basically means they don't have any valuables but they are young females which means they guy is after something else!! you would think magnoila park would take this seriously because a few weeks ago a woman was carjacked and murdered at lakeshore landing which is only a mile away!! watch fox news monday morning because my neighbors and i plan to call the news and get them over here after we file a complaint agianst them with the BBB! by way go to the better business bureau's website and look at magnoila's standing with the BBB, they are in unsatisfactory standing with the BBB! please do not rent, their are better complexes than magnoila, your life is worth more than a couple of dollars that you might save in rent!!!
