From: My1bree Date posted: 3/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This is an awful place to stay, the $99 moves u in special got me. My apartment flooded often, I had mold growing on the walls and termites tunneling through the bedroom.... The grounds were supposed to be renovated, I was stuck on the back end and it was never updated everything from the pavement to the hole in my door where a lock was supposed to be,,,, they tried to sue me for breaking my lease but after contacting the health department several times and having chest pain which may have been a direct effect of that mold I had no choice. After their lawyer tried to lower the amount that they were suing me for I declined and they dropped their case. I wish I had sued them myself because I had pictures and kept records
