My experience living @ Magnolia Park has been quit pleasant. I was able to get a 1 bedroom unit for less than $500 a month. Also I have receive $300 off my rent each month because they offer a great referral plan. The only thing I have a problem with is the parking. The community doesn't offer assign parking. So your car can get towed if you park in an "No-Parking" area. But if you're looking for a affordable apartment home with an excellent school system 'Magnolia Park' is the place.

There is a reason you're paying less than $500 a month. The only other places in Bham you can get that cheap are in Fairfield, Midfield, Bessemer, etc. That should tell you something. The person who wrote this review must be friends with the office staff. I can tell because he/she can't spell-just like the illiterate dumba**es working in the office who mess up your files. (Receive should be in the past tense-receivED. And instead of "an no parking area it should be A no parking area and it should be AN affordable not A affordable....it's obvious that you're from a certain area of Birmingham....)

It sounds to me like we are living in two separate apartment complexes. Are there two apartment complexes named Magnolia Park at Homewood?
