I agree with most everyone on here that says this place is roach-infested with mold growing and ghetto neighbors. I'm surprised Homewood City has put up with it this long-but since Valley Ave is split between Homewood and Birmingham, nothing can really be done. This place is awful. I moved last year and shudder everytime I have to drive past the complex. It really is like living in the Alabama version of Compton or East LA. Well, maybe not that bad. Yet. If people keep moving from certain parts of Birmingham, then it will be.
And the staff are pretty moronic and rude as well. They act nice but if you can read people well, you can tell it's fake. One of the black girls was always fake nice to me but rude as heck whenever I'd call and ask about a maintenance problem. I guess McDonalds wasn't hiring at the time.
