Don't Move Here. Engel Realty took over and they suck!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
My husband and I moved in in March 2006 and it's been the worst experience of our lives. One of the incidents that made me come to hate this apartment is the fact that 2 days after coming home with a newborn baby, we had RATS!! Apparently they were coming in through a GAPING hole behind the kitchen sink. It took my husband catching 3 mice and placing them on the apartment manager's desk before they sent anyone out. When they finally sent someone, they didn't even cover the holes, they just used spray foam. Of course the rats came back, and me and my week old son had to walk to the office and act a fool in order for them to finally fix it. Next, we have roaches that won't go away because of neighbors. We put our motice to move in twice and they "lost" both of them. It took a murder in the building behind us for the sorry realty company to let us out of our lease! DO NOT move to Magnolia Park or any property managed by Engel! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
