I don't have a problem with the apartments themselves; mine is very nice. Everything was freshly painted when I arrived, my carpet was steam cleaned, and the appliances were new and clean. My problem is with management!! This place is managed by a bunch of inexperienced UN-s (adjective meaning unorganized, uncivilized, unclassed, unprofessional, uneducated and unqualified.) I wouldn't even hire these people to be shift leaders at a fast food restaurant, let alone managers of ANYTHING! They lost my payments, tried overcharging me, twice delivered eviction notices to my apartment by "accident," and once barged into my apartment rather than waiting for me to answer the door. Also, they've not repaired my screen door even though I have made multiple requests(the first before I signed the lease). Since the beginning of my lease, the laundry facility has been broken and the pool is not usable. And lastly, both the water and the electricity were turned off (for a period of less than 24 hours) due to nonpayment by management. Specific offenders: Kalisha. There is no assigned parking and people have started parking sideways because the parking lot is uphill. By the way, I lived on Poplar Place. The other side seems less kept.

I also live on poplar place in the back. The unit is pretty nice everything was new, I have had several problems. My BIGGES problems is MICE.....I am paying for the mice to have a cozy unit cause aint no wai I am going back to share a space with them. I am currently trying to get out of my lease fdue to rodent issues. I can do so as it is exercised by law, I have involved mamagement at Engel and the health dept with this issue..we shall see how it goes
