DON'T AND I REPEAT DON'T MOVE HERE.
i have leaved here for 3 yrs at first landmark was the management and everything was great. they fixed everything on time ... but when Engel took over everything went bad it took them three days to come to my apartment regarding a water leak i had to call them three times a day but no one came/ There is no parking space. and when you park on the garb they tow your car. there is poor lighting on the parking lot so if you work at night good luck your on your own and the fact that people cars get broken into is another story. i have seen people have sex in the parking lot so if you have young kids or teenagers forget about living here. There are always people driving with loud music at wee hours of the night and during the day. They recently moved the trash disposal to another area so people just live trash in the parking lot.Last but not least there are roaches and rats in those apartments i had to hire a professional team of cooks pest control to take care of it. it took them six moths and two years of month to month care to get rid of it. lastly there monthly water bill is rediculos

I believe you because I stayed there for 6 months and I had to break my lease because the landlord is GHETTO ass hell and she think she is all that driving her cheap ass Mercedes. The water bill is ridiculous ass hell.I had a water bil that was $200 and guess what I did not pay it. The maintenance is lazy ass hell. When I moved in the soap dish in the upstairs bathroom was not attached to the wall and I had to call them to repair that and then a couple of days later the muther----er fell off. I called them again so they can repair it took some days before they came and they finally came and guess what it fell off again so I just let it stayed off. Also, when you are late they add on extra fees. I was late one time and they tried to add an extra $250, but I spoke with the landlord and told her that she need to show me why $250 was added so when I went to the rent office she told me that it was an error but I knew that. The landlord is crazy ass hell, but she is no longer there so things may be a liitle better.
