I am shocked, very shocked actually at the reviews. I have learned that most residents are very dissatisfied with Magnolia Park. I am a former resident 1996-98, and during this time was very satisfied with the apartments. I joined the military and came back home, considering moving back to Willow Bend. I did a drive through, and at first was very impressed by the new Gate that was added. I quickly found out that was just a front and what I found behind those gates was not my old apts. I learned that the multiple pool and clubhouses were no longer there; graffiti was all over the abandoned clubhouse buildings, and I guess there is only one pool and clubhouse now. I guess the new management went down and believes that this is a comfortable place to live. NOT!!! I wish that some of you out there could have seen the real WILLOW BEND and experienced comfortable Homewood apt living. So sad. Well, do the right thing people and stand up for yourselves- do not fall for poor management and unsanitary living.
