Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Mountain Woods. After a leaky roof, the staff did everything they could to rectify the situation. I moved because I needed more space. Nikki and Mark are extremely friendly.

Dislikes: There were a few loud car stereos and neighbors.

I am currently a resident at Mt. Woods and have been there two years. During my stay Nikki was there and yes she was the friendliest.. There is now Barbara Reeds who is the regional manager who is the most non-professionalists around and her assistant Diane has no clue of what is going on. we recently had a fire which caused 2 people everything and there was over 8 others who either lost almost everything or had heavy smoke damage. They are giving everyone the "run-around" and even told me that the smoke was not bad and I could still live there. they offered to place "some" tenants in a motel, while refusing others even though the fire was not our fault.They told me that I had to stay for the month of july even though i was only seven days into the month( the fire took place on july 7, 2005). when i asked if i could get my monies back for the month of july, the regional manager's response was " if you want to get out then get out, but you will not get your money back for the month of july). I later found out that she did offer some of the tenants their money back and she even offered to get some of the tenants furniture cleaned. I WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID MY RENT FAITHFULLY. The lady is confused. She has been discriminating and not treating everyone equal. She is confused. Also beware of the contractors because they are all jack legs who are not professionals. they look like somebody off the street. Mike is really nice; however, he can only do so much. poor guy. everything is rigged up in Mountain Woods.They are old also. If you are seeking an apartment and you have horrible credit, i am sure they will welcome you. They may even take vouchers or Section 8. The apartments have gone down tremendously. They are after one thing, M O N E Y! A Awful Experience! they will try to get you one way or the other! Stay Away!
