I was very happy when I first moved to "Valley Ridge", and was even a little excited when I saw the intended improvements presented by the company that bought the complex. However, it has been a headache since then. First I had a leaky fridge that I called multiple times about. Their solution: they would come by and unplug it to defrost leaving all of my food on the counters to thaw and melt. Despite insisting to them that this didn't fix anything, that was always their course of action. By the way, it still leaks. Second, I was given short notice that they would be laying tile in my apartment. They said it would only take 24 hrs. HA! When I arrived home at 5:30 the workers had completely dismantled my apartment, used my cleaning supplies (which were ruined), and get this didn't leave my apartment til almost 9:00 that night! Three days and dozens of calls later they were finally done. The tile job is poor. There are broken and uneven tiles, grout all over the walls, baseboards and carpet (my couch too), and they broke my laundry doors and never fixed them. Lastly the office staff is terrible. Every time I called with a request or complaint during the previuosly mentioned situations I was always told the manager was out and would return my call. Of course they never did. When I went in person the same thing happened.
