make friends with the mainenance men b/c you will see them ALOT. they lie to you from day one and screw you out of your deposit by making up random things... do not live here, and tell everyone you know not to live here. they never fix anything and they are rude and unprofessional, they will take you for everything u have. this is the absolute worst apartment complex in the state of alabama. the management is incompetant, rude, and they do loose your rent check. so buyer beware... better yet, buyer stay away!!! and don't believe that nonsense about it being a gated community, b/c yes the gates have been up for over a year, but they are STILL WIDE OPEN... and oh what did u say, the gates will be closed by the time you move in (june 2004.... and it is august 2005) and they are still wide open. and did i mention the 6 fires that i know of that occured there in the past year, one of which burned the office down to a crisp.... i could go on for days, but i think u get the point
