This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. In the beginning, they are the nicest people and you can reach them at any time. As soon as you pay rent, you get nowhere with them. The maintenance people, bless their hearts, do the best they can, but are limited because they are understaffed. The people at the front office are the worst people I have ever had to encounter. The main managers have changed numerous times and the staff that you speak to regularly are rude and unpleasant. When you call to put in a work order, they complain that they do not know about the problem you are having. Well no ----..neither do I, but I have to call you dimwits to get to maintenance..so I'm figuring that the more information you put on the work order, the better the maintenance people have at being prepared to fix your problem. The only thing that brought us here was the huge living quarters. THat is not even worth it anymore. You can never really entertain people in your home because nothing is ever working. OUr air conditioner has been leaking to the man downstairs for over 4 months. Nothing. Our light fixture above a shower is hanging with live wires. We can't take a shower in there for fear of being electrocuted. They will not come to fix anything even after we have called several times. Two of our stove eyes do not work and have not worked for months now. Luckily, we have excellent neighbors, but I can not say the same for everyone. People let their children play in the streets unattended and they do not move when you are driving or even know you are coming. It is ridiculous. Ever since we have moved in..there has been some sort of construction going on. It is a pain to live right beside two buildings that have burned to the ground. And the gates. That is just a joke. The only ones that stay closed are the ones that lead out. So..are we protecting ourselves from leaving or other people coming in. It is completely backwards and unorthodox. I would not recommend this apartment at all. We are moving as soon as school is finished. We only stay here because of our lease and not wanting to have to deal with moving out. This place is awful.
