On apartments.com and all apartment web sites, they advertised the Hickory, a 1br/1ba, for $414-$539 with heat, AC, water, gas, and trash pick-up included in the price. When I got down there, they told me the same apartment was $559 and that was only rent. They said they were sorry for the disappointment but the prices have gone up. I called back and demanded the price they advertised because that was false advertisement and they could get into a lot of trouble. Well, they said I would have to talk to the property manager but she was in a meeting and would have her call me back. That was two days ago and I still haven't heard anything.
