I have lived in this apt complex for a short time and already I am seeing several problems that need to be addressed. Parking is a major issue. For this large complex with over 700 apts you would think this wouldn't be an issue but there are several immobile vehicles parked in front of the buildings. There should be a notice for towing placed on the vehicle or have them move it to an unoccupied place. Also, it gets very noisy especially at night. The crew that cleans out the apts and gets them ready for new tenants are very rude and work mostly at nigh keeping some from their much needed rest. Finally the office staff places a notice for annual inspection on the door the day of the inspection, however the notice is dated three days previous. I would like to see the gates closed as I was promised when I signed my lease and have yet to see this. There are also several places such as the vacant playground areas for visitors to park instead of taking up tenants limited spots. I personally would like to be able to park in front of my building, however especially on the weekends I am forsed to park my brand new car more than two buildings away. This is ridiculous and I would like these problems to be addressed. I pay my rent and I expect not to have to deal with these continuous problems. Thank you
