This is the worst place I have ever lived, this is including 18 years as an Army brat, 4 years of college, and the 5 years post-college, including 6 apartment complexes that I lived in during my early and late twenties. Please do not be scammed, they will be real nice when they are trying to get you in the door but, following that, in my opinion they DO NOT care about the tenants. This is the worst managed place I have ever seen. The people are almost completely incompetent. Do not take their word at anything and always have a copy of whatever paperwork may trade hands between you and their offices. I moved out in March 2006. It is now May and I am still waiting for my deposit money. They lost the paper work that I submitted which told them of my intentions to vacate. When I call them to ask about my money, they said that since they did not have it on record my money had been returned to their corporate offices. Now, this is completley idiotic because there is a $600 fee for moving out without giving them at least a two month notice yet, they showed NO records that I owed them any money. I garuantee that they would not have lost that information. Yet, although I owed them NO money, which implies that I must have submitted an intent to vacate letter, they still would not even consider returning my money until I showed them proof that I had submitted the letter. I had to drive to the apartment complex to show them a copy of a letter of which they should have had the original. To make the situation worst, they did not even offer me a copy of they original letter....good thing I had an employee sign it, date it and make me a copy. Else, I would have NO chance of ever recovering my money. Even after I had brought them a copy of the letter, I received NO phone calls to let me know the status of my refund. I call at two weeks and left a message for Kristy, their accountant,....nothing. I called at three weeks, left a message.....nothing. I am considering litigation now. So, if the others poor reviews of this place were not enough to convince you that this IS NOT the place you want to live....please believe me. Pay a little more money somewhere else or drive a little further to get to work, trust me, the trade-off is worth it so that you will not have to deal with these people.
