I really wish i would have found this website before I moved into this hellhole. First of, dont be fooled by the wonderful display unit they show u. Nothing in this dump looks anything like that. Two days after moving in me and my girlfriend noticed that there was a space between the kitchen sink and the counter. When I looked at the sink we noticed that it was just placed in the. I actually picked the damn sick up,away from the counter and held it with my hands.

Next on my list of problems was the a/c units thats old enough to be considered antique. Have you ever had a $200 light bill' Well i've had several due to the a/c pumping out heat in the summer. The air filter was changed only after about 8 visits to the office(we're not even gonna discuss them)

The dishwasher leaves a nice little pond in the kitchen everytime its used, we've got a pet rat we just cant get rid of, our neighbors dog takes a dump on the patio and the let it pile up,and last but certainly least the break-away stove door.

I tried to cook on day and the whole stove door fell off. Before that it was broke for three months and I couldnt use the oven

To end on a good note: DONT DO IT!!!!!
