I have just renewed my lease here. Overall, my experience has been ok. Before living here, i lived in a slum apartment on the southside. i must say that living here is much better than that but not all that great either. My apartment is pretty spacious and I am lucky to have quiet neighbors. Maintenance is ok and usually repairs any problem i have in a timely manner. However, occassionally, i either hear loud rap music or latino music which is very annoying considering i just graduated Grad school in December and i do work full-time during the day. The main problem i have here is the GNATS though which I cannot get rid of although i hardly cook or eat in my own apartment. Another problem deals with the retarded residents who like to drive their garbage on the trunk of their cars which falls off and causes a HUGE mess! (the garbage compactor is near the leasing office). I only plan on living here one more year though before owning my own home.
