I've lived here over half a year. My apartment is great, the size, the carpet, the paint, the lights, all of that is wonderful. Its the plumbing. The sinks all leak unless you can bear down and tighten the hell out of them and the toilet just doesn't fully flush. I've been calling and asking for help since day one - Maintenence just sucks. They will even come out (a week or two after the call is placed) and say they fixed it, but they didn't...
