On June 8, 2007, I moved to The Overlook at Homewood. Upon my moving in I was giving a check sheet to state the repairs that were needed. My problems include: two broken tiles, hallway floor sinks in by water heater, bathroom/bedroom doors don't close, bathroom doors to be repainted, walk-in closets door knob missing, and front right burner does not work.

Since then there have been additional problems. Which include: a broken dishwasher, front door will not stay closed unless locked, and a huge problems with gnats and ants.

I have repeatedly called and given written notice but as of August 8, 2007, not one repair has been made.
