Tons of horrible nightmares are coming from here! A person has been held up at gunpoint in my building! Management will call the police if a group of tenants get together to peacefully ask questions. The water is not metered. People get unfair water bills. Ex. One person in my building got a $200 water and sewage bill, while another person got a $50 one. There is only one tenant per apartment and no washer/dryer connections. There are leaks everywhere that go unrepaired (bad leaks). To get someone out here for maintenance takes an act of congress (literally months) tenants have formed a committee to try to get management to fix broken things. There is mold in my building. The company does not pay the their own power bill (not talking about the individual apartments, I mean for their office and other lighting). The power to the complex has been shut off due to them not paying the power bill 3 times in the year and a half I've been here. The hallways are so dark you literally can not see your hand waive in front of your face when the power is disconnected. The trash area piles up for weeks before they have it removed. There are so many bags it's all around the dumpster and piled rediculously high. I have wonderful neighbors but they are slowly moving and not so pleasant ones are moving in...Neighborhood is doomed...

I have been a resident at this community for almost 2 years. There are residents in my building that have been there for 15-20 years who no longer feel safe and are moving.
