Iam a resident of 5 years and I have witnessed 2 young guys break inside my neighbor's home. That same week those guys broke into another neighbor's home. Iam talking broad daylight. Several of the neighbor have made numerous of complaints to management but nothing has been done to improve the quality of service. Last year I had a couple of leaks in my unit which called for maintenance to come out, I noticed that several things in my apartment came up missing during the weeks that maintenace was in my place. I was just tould last night that there is drug trafficking across the street from where I live which was tould to me by the police. As a result of the issues that surround this complex several of the tenants have formed a tenant commitee to improve the quality of service around here. which I kust say that the tenants association have made several improvements. I would advice anyone not to move here its not worth it yall.
