Well I have been living in the overlook for about 10 or so months now. I sooo want to leave. My air is never working. When I first moved in at the end of summer I had air problems. Now its summer again and the air conditioner isnt working. When you put in a request for maintenance it takes days to weeks for something to get fixed. In the case of the air conditioner it took 3 weeks just to break again two days later. I had an issue with my sliding glass door where it wasn't properly caulked, so air was leaking out and bugs were getting in. They eventually fixed it although not a great job was done. A neighbor had a car windshield broken by vandals. The walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. There have been shootings here. Don't fall for the move in special, which is very tempting. That's how I ended up in the dump. Overlook the Overlook. Dont come. You will regret it.

the new maint. supervisor is only one person. this is a very large place & it took me 2 months to get my mailbox key!!!
