Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Heck no....poor management and maintenance staff....very inattentive to the residents needs.....they were asked repeatedly to spray for bugs,make repairs, and asked to control unruly neighboors. My neighboors played loud music ALL the time, shouted,etc... and the walls are VERY thin!! Property was not kept clean andlandscaped well enough for the price paid...it was embarassing out in the breezeways when guests came over. Too many people are allowed to loiter and lurk without question as well...felt very unsafe there. I would NEVER refer anyone I know to live there.It is a nightmare!!!
