Perfect From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   This is Birmingham's best kept secret! Great location in the heart of Mountain Brook Village -- you can walk to grocery, post office, etc, etc AND the Zoo and Gardens are literally across the street. The neighborhood is the safest in the city and there is a night time security guard on top of it. The apartments are old but with lots of character and have been well kept. The grounds are beautiful and are lovingly maintained daily. The office staff, maintainance crew and everyone else is very helpful, considerate and clearly devoted to keeping Park Lane a great place to be. There is a wonderful sense of community and neighborliness here -- this place is perfect! I will call this home for several years to come!
