Park Lane is getting old gracefully! With every new day it gets better like a well aged wine. As soon as I walked in I felt like it was a warm familiar place to make my home.
Instead of bustleing cars and lights in your windows, you'll experience a very peacefull place, where you wake up and hear birds singing in the many trees sourrounding the villiage area. It's very close to everything you could want or need, not to mention a great pizza place down the street. The staff and repair crew are a pleasure to work with "currently" and fix anything ASAP. They even have a laundry service. The walls are concrete and block out so much noise i can barely hear my phone in the other room. Since the apartments are old the rooms are more spacious then newer ones and have some fun charms, like the doorbell.
The bad news, if we had to dig up any, is that it's true the south side apts will flood every blue moon so get some flood insurance if you live on that end. If you like frills don't move here. There's no fireplaces, no pools, no patios, no tennis courts and no washer/dryer hookups and a dated kitchen. It's a quiet place that will not tolerate noise and wild parties. It caters to serious professionals, college students and retirees who like to have our fun elsewhere.
All an all, you'll never regret moving here and leaving will be like saying goodbye to an old friend.
