Incredible From: jaypesek@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   LOVED IT! I hated to leave. I had to due to joining the Army. Joy, the manager, is quite possibly the best person I have EVER dealt with concerning living quarters. They fix everything right away. Great location, wonderful neighbors. Birminghams BEST KEPT SECRET bar none! As another post said, it is like leaving an old friend. So safe we never locked our doors and the neighbors did not usually either.
