When looking for an apartment, two of the most important requirements were character and class. Park Lane has both and then some.
From construction, to maintenance, to setting, to staff, I could not ask for more.
Need I add that the pricing is reasonable as well'

Thank for the review. Would you mind sharing some info about utility costs? Water, power, gas, etc? Also, is it a very long waiting list? Please, any info you feel is pertinent for new tenants would be appreciated.
