I have been living here for over a year and the management (specifically ---- ----- of The Highlands) is incompetent and inconsistant. They do not respond to voicemails half the time and are unconcerned with renter's rights or safety. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and *were* a good value, but rent keep going up and there is no laundry access. Parking is just outrageous on the weekends and the streets are unlit and dangerous. It's just not worth it, truly.

You're kidding right? Were you raised in a glass bubble? If the streets are unlit and dangerous, call the city and report the lack of lighting! If the parking is outrageous sell your car! I used to live in this building and the management was nothing but great. They could not solve all the problems, but they sure did try to give us options. This building was built many years ago when people didnt have cars! Also, good luck finding a place to live that provides safety, have you thought about buying a home or living in a retirement home? Really? I mean really... You are joking right?!

To the person who wrote the response on 7/08, YOU have to be joking. Adequate parking and safety are too much for renters to ask for? The reviewer should sell his or her car? I'm not sure what planet you live on, but a person who works hard and pays their rent shouldn't sacrifice safety and mobility to live at Park Manor.
