NOw, I will have to agree and disagree with previous posting about Park Manor. I have lived here for sometime now and have always had my ups and downs. Things are definetley looking better though. Management has changed with in the past year and I can tell. Maintenance is really great, he comes right away whenever you have an issue. The only issue I have ever really had is needing a fuse replaced; but hey, my apartment is like 75 years old! All in all I am happy. I have a really big studio, fair rent, great view and an apartment management that is THERE and answers the phone.

Excuse me, but both Jennifer and John are both new to the company; Jennifer within the past year and John within the past few months. The only person "back" is Dave and he's been excellent thus far. By no means are any of them idiots. SusieQ135

The thing with the management "change" is that it's just an old manager coming back to work for a new company. The Highlands used to own it, and now it's called Stone River or something, but it's the same idiots in the office. They ARE incompetent, and can't handle the safety or upkeep issues for a building so old in such a dangerous area.
