I moved to alabama in January and not sure where to live, I decided to try living downtown. I will admit that I wasnt pleased with the apartment that I was leased however upon complaining, the staff moved quickly to move me to another apartment. They compensated the move over the remainding lease payments. The management has always been extremely nice to me and has really tried to make me feel at home. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone that would enjoy upscale apartments in Downtown Birmingham. I cant recommend the building with the elevator though due to some problems and some of the people that live in that building, however I was promptly moved and I am very satisfied with my decision and look forward to living here for years to come.
