I work in the office and have personally spoken to the individuals who wrote the April reviews. Let me clear some things up:
1) The day the review was written this woman actually came in to the office angling for a rent concession based on her complaints in the review. She said she wanted to renew her lease because she had too much stuff to move. She NEVER said she wrote a review the same day she talked to us.
2)She also fails to mention how many times she came into this office asking us to place gambling bets on sports games.
3)She also does not mention how she asked us in January to place her grandfather here.
4)She also never mentions how we gave her a rear entrance key to the bldg she lives in because she told us it was easier for her to get in that way, depsite no other residents having a key.
5) We are a new property under construction and evryone except her seems to understand that the Leasing Office does NOT control when apts are built.
6)It's funny how the pool did not matter when she thought she might be getting a discount on a renewed lease, but hated us after finding out she would not.
7)In short she's a hypocrite and not very honest.
8) Did I mention that several residents have come into the office and complained about her coming up to them and badmouthing the property and the office'
9)I'm sorry to lose her and her boyfriend as residents, we were even willing to relocate her but its a hard battle with attitudes like theirs.
10)Park Place is not perfect, but we are working hard to make it that way.

I'm looking for an apartment in Birmingham, and you were easy to rule out. Not because of your residents' bad reviews, but because of your own nasty attitude. If you're going to become frustrated with a resident, then that's fine--but you keep it to yourself. You never, ever go online and post a bitchfest about a customer for the whole world to see.
Thank you so, so much for making this decision incredibly easy for me. Your attitude is horrendous, and I would rather live somewhere else.

This is ridiculous you really lack professionalism. Your dirty laundry should definately not be aired in public in this manner. You should really have reconsidered before you printed this, you will lose a lot of potential renters this way. Good luck renting!
